Are there any manufacturers who custom build Truck Campers?
Basically, I'm looking for the equivalent of Space Craft, who is willing to build one for the truck bed. Unfortunately, SC doesn't build truck campers...

Host might. Eagle cap used to, but since they became part of the Adventurer group they no longer custom build plus their customer service went down the drain. Most consider a custom build by ordering off the option list.
