- EfonFredExplorerWent exploring. Spent Friday nite at Bowman Lake, spot by ourselves other than 1,000 meat bees. Saturday night found Bear Valley FSCG. About a dozen spots split between us, 3 Lances, and a tent. Sunday night in Cottonwood Creek NFCG, only night we had to pay, just so we could enjoy a campfire. Monday nite next to a five mile long meadow on a road somewhere between Loyalton and Stampede Reservoir. Awesome weekend other than scaring the beejesus out of the wife going in and out of Bowman. Sorry, don't know how to post pics but we got some purdy ones! Made one detour to Truckee to buy a meat bee trap,

in the Okanogan forest then a day in Wenatchee and then the drive home. We really enjoy our TC far more than we imagined. It has become my favorite way to travel. - K_MacExplorerNope, but the next best thing. I got elected to sit our daughters cats , while she goes on her honeymoon. Rode out to Columbus, OH., been down to KY. Went to see Nora's last day at the zoo today. Going to see the Met's play Cincinnati on Wed. Put 1400 mi. On the bike so far, having great weather compared to what the east coast is dealing with. I'll probably put 3k on her by the time I get home on the 11th or 12th. Keep the shiny side up. :)

nope, I have no want or need to be on the roads or in the woods with thousands of my closest strangers. Cant wait to be parked at a Sierra Sno Park and head off into the hills on snowshoes or do some late season fly fishing with no one else in sight
Nice. My thoughts exactly. Enjoy.
