Average life span for trailer tires?

Mine were in fine condition even if the tread was worn down some after 10 years on my last trailer. Sold it or I likely would still be using them. Check the tires twice a year, they will give warning when they need to be replaced, cracks and surface texture change are easy to spot. Don't forget to check the inside and look for nails in the treads and keep the pressure up.
