Axle alignment issue - need help

I've aligned two trailers myself. 1/4" out is a lot, no matter what the RV industry might say. It does sound like you have a bent axle stub. The right front one takes a beating on trailers. On the Lippert website there is a tech document which shows how you can do measurements yourself. There is info here on the forum but being on the road, you are not in a position to mess with the details.

Are you headed to AZ? I have read here that there is a good place somewhere in the Phoenix area.
