Are you wanting to 'replace' one 12V battery with two 6v batteries?
YES...wire the 6V batteries in series

Are you wanting to 'add' two 6v batteries with your existing 12V battery?
YES....wire the two 6V in series and in parallel with the 12V battery

a picture or description may help, but generally +to- will add volts, +to+ will add amps.

I am having technical difficulties. Basically if I have it right you run:

6v pos to 6v neg to 12v neg
6v neg to 6v pos to 12v pos

Just think of your two 6VDC batteries as one 12VDC battery
