I just bought a used 2001 Palomino S-21SL that is missing one set of bed supports. Is there anyplace on line that they can be ordered? Thank you.

My first option, if I didn't have contact information to the mfgr. would be to google the information you stated and see what comes up. There may be many options available to you by doing that.
