IMO, ditch the 20+ year old 16" wheels for some new takeoff wheels of the 18-20" variety and run whatever tires they have on them. Cheap easy and more options for heavy tires.

But "new takeoff wheels" will not fit on his 1995, the BCD is not the same.
I didn't say New Ford takeoffs. They won't fit, but GM and Ram wheels will. Still depends on what will,work with the front hubs on the ford too.
