The current tires on the truck are BF Goodrich brand with a tire size of 235/85R16.
The tires are all cracked, so it makes me weary of the BF Goodrich brand, but maybe that would have happened with any brand, I'm not sure. I just got the truck, and I don't know what it's been through.
Michelins are expensive, so I don't know if I want to go that route. And it looks like some are saying re-treading tires isn't advised.
I'm currently looking at Hankook Dynapro ATM RF10s: https://tirereviewsandmore.com/hankook-dynapro-atm-rf10-reviews/ There are some bad reviews, like with any tire it seems, and some people say they get loud as they age (that article claims they're quiet, although maybe the reviewer didn't run them long enough), but there are a lot of good reviews as well.
I'm also considering the Nitto Dura-Grapplers. I checked with Discount Tire Direct, Tire Buyer, and Tire Rack, and it didn't say the Terra-Grapplers are available for my truck. It seems the Dura-Grapplers last longer too. I think I'll primarily be on the road, but may do a bit of off-roading. Any thoughts on the Dura-Grapplers?
The Cooper Discoverer A/T3 has some reviews claiming the durability isn't good. Based on my experience with Falken tires wearing out too quickly on a Corolla I had, I want something that's going to last. These tires are expensive.
Anything else you all think I should consider?
Thanks
