If the current tires are cracked they're probably old. Not BFGs fault.
In 235-85-16 size, get on Amazon and you can buy any tire you want for less than $200 a piece and many for $150 or less, shipped to your door.
You're overthinking it. Cooper, BFG, toyo, Goodyear, take your pick they're all fine and other brands too.
If I was running pizza cutters like that and wanted the best durability I'd likely get Toyo M55s or BFG commercial TA traction.
