Better way to change rear fuel filter on 2016 Cummins?

Does anyone know a better way to change the rear fuel filter (water separator) on a new generation Cummins without getting showered with diesel fuel? I've done it twice now and always get a lot of ...

UH not really. Did you notice what they charged you for the filters? Same exact thing on AMAZON for around $80 for BOTH.

Agreed a fair price on labor.
