We have a 2003 Prowler TT. Seems like the brakes are not stopping the TT. You can hear them but they do not seem to stop it. Any idea of what the cost would be to have them fixed. Do not want to spen...

Adjustments and or bad wiring..
A 2003, I would bet that the wiring has a lot of corroded connections.
Does the break away system work (IE pull the break away lanyard pin and the brakes MUST LOCK the wheels on the trailer)?
