Do not use fatmat it's total garbage.
Use dynomat,ballistic soundproofing,or focal BAM soundproofing.
When doing these you will have to pull the door panel and start with the outer door skin.
Then do the metal skin that the door panel mounts to.
This should help out a bit. Next thing is to pull the interior out and do the floor and rear wall. That should really help.
On the floor of my truck I did 2 layers of ballistic soundproofing made a great difference.
