I have been posting this statement on this forum so much recently I feel like I've become the waste tank police!
Pay close attention to where your tanks are. The Jayco above has 60 gal of on-board waste storage. That's over 400lbs. If they are located in front of the axles that adds 100s of lbs to your tongue. If they are above or behind the axles it doesn't become as much of an issue.
I learned this the hard way.
