You have to remember that you can massage the numbers all day but in the end, with a WD hitch shifting a portion of the tongue weight to the front axle and another portion back on the TT. If the TT and TV both sit level, then both the front and back axles should have about the same load.
On the scale the TV weight should be within its gross weight limit and the TT should be within it gross weight limit. The combined weight should also be within the TVs recommended limit.
It is a good guess that you will be over on some of the numbers, how much is up to the you.
