The OP could use the sticker weight of the payload on the truck, subtract the weight of passengers and cargo, and use the remainder to establish a base line for the trailer's tongue weight with WDH.
However, if the correct GAWRs are 3750 and 4050#, a payload of 1327# does not seem to be consistent with those values.
