More discussion re this last night and DH did mention the Adco. We had one for our HTT and used it the first winter, then built the ROOport/Rockyport. Hoping for more answers from Lakeland to our list of questions today and see if this is going to work out or not. We've spent the last 52 years with dog rescues and have had up to 10 at a time, now down to 4. Seems like a very reasonable number to us, but not everyone feels that way. As it has been, with DS hating camping, we take Foxy with us and the rest stay home. Everybody gets a break and quite honestly having a family member with disabilities, you need a break from time to time. Right now he's ok, but that's changing. We're thinking that maybe for the $30 a month, we invest in an Adco, see how things go and if camping doesn't work out we can find Rocky a new home later. It sounds like we would enjoy fall, winter, spring camping. Summer heat....had plenty of that in TN and we just do not enjoy it. Beaches?? Maybe, but I was born and raised in SO CA, DH moved there as a child and we're about "beached out". We're more the shade tree type, some nice scenery is good. Guess it depends on the beach. Thanks again for the feedback.
