The Andersen Leveler does not come with any sort of rubber tread. Here in Canada home building supply stores like Home Depot, Lowes, Rona, etc sell
outdoor stair tread made of recycled rubber in a variety of widths and lengths ... 3/4" thick with texture much like asphalt singles, perfect for preventing your Andersen Leveler from shifting, also useful for increasing it's maximum lift by another 3/4". I'd imagine home building supply stores in the US also sell a similar product.
