Can this weight be right?!?!
So I loaded up some old junk and took a ride to the town dump yesterday. You pay by the ton so they weigh you going in and coming out. What they are showing as tare is just me and 1/2 tank of dies...

I just went back and looked at the GVWR, which is listed at 12,300. The door sticker says 4292 cargo capacity, so 12300 - 4292 = 8008 empty, add in me, side steps, tonneau, front hitch, and some misc stuff in the truck and I guess the scale is pretty close.
Oops, missed that post, as stated before if used for selling product it needs to be accurate. Scales now work with load cells,
It is amazing how accurate they can be.
