CAT Scale numbers (still a newbie to towing)

I'm not sure that they need to head back to the scales.
They are over the RAWR with the WD hitch hooked up. So no matter what their hitch weight is too much, and probably way over the 900 lbs that the expedition is rated for (unless they have also loaded down the Expedition with stuff).
Reality is that the expedition doesn't really tow big TT's very well. An expensive lesson for me.
To the OP: Can you take anything out of the Expedition and put it in the trailer to help get you back within the RAWR? You are close enough to probably get by, but it will probably never be "comfortable".
