Changing canvas on popup truck camper. found new canvas how hard is it to install ? anyone done it ? :?

Luckily our pop up canvas had been replaced right before we got it but the side wood in the roof has some rot, the front board is completely gone, anyways FYI youtube has some very good videos on canvas replacement on pop ups.
