Laramie crew cab 4WD diesel 3/4 tron Ram is in the 2000-ish pound payload range. That's quite easy to blow with a 1500 pound pin weight, 200 pound receiver, and a couple people in the cab. If you like the Ram (or competitor) diesel HD, get the SRW 1-ton. I thought only the gas powered Ram 2500 had coil springs for some reason.
