Ok, the last two posts kind of surprised me. For one, the local paper tells me the codes were in response to a homeless problem and enacted 4 years ago. Reading the code makes this clear.
Fir two, we are not camping on the street we are just using the camper like many do, so we can be close to our aging parents which has the added benefit of saving us money. Hotels are expensive as well as various associated costs with that kind of travel. Better to save the money for when we have to put a Granny Pod in the backyard.
