First let me say that I'm not in favor of the city (in this case). But you are ANYTHING but stealth. Put the jacks UP and hide the leveling blocks a bit better. Really, I think you can figure out a way to get level in the driveway - it's not that steep. Last resort - pop the camper off in the driveway and use the jacks for leveling keeping as close to the ground as possible.
You're set up in the street like you're long term.
