When you don't want "full timers" park in your neighborhood, you still want the family to be allowed to park their RV at your house.
Getting permits from local PD for family stay would solve both.

An aside, in San Jose and Silicon Valley, tech companies allow their employees to park their RVs in their parking lot with no restrictions because of the expensive rental and housing shortage in the area.
They used to allow it on city streets but no longer when they start to be a nuisance.
