Cannot seem to control intensity of Coleman grill flame. It gets too hot such that it will burn the outside of the meat before the middle is cooked. Like the grill but it cooks too hot. Any suggest...
What grill? I have the road trip, yea its hot. I dont cook anything with the lid closed. It dosent burn the outside and not cook the inside though. What are you cooking and how thick? Is it a 2 burner so you can cook it indirectly? So turn off the left half, and leave the meat there , turn on the right half and close the lid?
