A Lexus towing an Airstream, really?

I cannot see the image/video or whatever as I'm at work right now and it's blocked, but ....
My sister and brother-in-law towed a Sea Ray speed boat with their Lexus. He had air bags installed on the rear of the car, and he never had problems towing.
Then one day ... well ... he was a speed demon (they lived in Texas between Dallas and Fort Worth) ... and the car and boat are "no more". The only thing that saved them was the semi-truck beside them that keep them from flipping over.
