May be but look at the commercial at about 18 seconds. Looks to me like there is a bad case of porpoising going on. May have tongue weight to light to stay in tow ratings.

Without WD tongue rating may be less than 300 lbs. Also one axle trailers with low tongue weight have a tendency to porpoise and sway.
