Companies That Stand Behind Their Products

In 2006 I bought a Bed-Rug bed liner for my new Dodge. I like it because it's good on my knees and is attractive. Now, I really like it because UV has attacked the material and to my surprise the company is going to replace it. They even paid for shipping of the old one back to them. It has a lifetime warranty and they honor it.

I have no affiliation with Bed-Rug.

What other companies have you had good experience with that honor warranties? My experience has not been very good in this area most of the time.

  • Buck Knives. Leopold scopes, and Monroe Shocks.
I have had others, but these three stand out as they went above and beyond what I thought was fair... Even apologizing for their product letting me down, when I told them the truth about my part in the failure, and was willing to pay for it.

X 2 on B&W...I won't mention the truck manufacturer that does not stand behind their product...

I heard they do have good customer service. Overnighting a pitcher of BLUE Kool-Aid to a broken down customer is awesome in my book. ;)
  • I bought a new Town and Country less than a month ago..took it on my families summer vacation and the water pump failed on me. Started squealing and making all kinds of racket. 600 miles from my home dealership I take it in to a dealership in town close to where we are vacationing. They took care of everything and my van is back in shape. Only lost about 5 or 6 hours.

So, Chrysler stood behind their product. I hope that counts!

  • From what I have read here, I would think B&W to be one. I do know that they have a good customer service department.
  • Good to hear of a company that honors their warranty. Thanks for posting.
