Newer campers are all LED. To dim requires a PWM controller for each light and those are not cheap. I suppose a louver system over a light would work, but would probably break about the third trip out. There are two LED lights over the dining table that dim. They look like those lights you get in an airplane; a socket that pivots.
I too wish for that! In the meantime, I installed a motion detection light just inside the door. I wave my hand over it and it lights up the floor so I can see to get in.
Also, a COSTCO 2" memory foam mattress topper makes my stock Lance mattress the most comfortable bed I have! Under $100.
