Delamination?

I am selling my 2009 Rockwood 8306SS TT and already had it listed below book value ($8,000) simply because it's in another state and I didn't want to mess with towing it.

However, the potential buyer sent me pics and says it has delamination issues and despite the low price is wanting to drop it to $6,000.

Please see pic links below, is this delamination? Any advice on what I should do?

Thanks.

  • It's delam but I suspect it isn't from water intrusion but from a batch of bad glue that was used about that time.
  • Looks like delam to me. I suspect most on this forum would advise people to stay away from buying rigs with delam issues - often expensive to fix and maybe a sign of further water damage. You should expect most buyers to demand large discount.
  • You asked, "Is this delamination?"
    Yes, definitely delam.
Most buyers would probably run...unless the price is REALLY attractive. If it were me since you do have a buyer, I'd negotiate some more and take what I could get and be done with it.
