The OP did not say why the tires went down. If the tire shredded and flew apart that is one thing, if the tire picked up a nail or such and flew apart because it was running flat at high speed that is quite another.
Even a high dollar tire will fail if you poke a hole in it, and sometimes it can take a day or two to show up.
