If Nissan and/or Toyota pair this diesel with a reasonable price tag and about 2000 lbs of payload they will have an absolute winner on their hands.
This is what I was hoping for, unfortunately I couldn't wait any longer.
The big question is what are they going to do to up the payload? The weight of that diesel will eat up more payload which will make it useless for towing if the current ratings are not upped. Just look at some of the Ram 1500s with the Ecodiesel. Some with less than 900lbs of payload.
