I too crunched the numbers comparing my old EX with the V-10 and my new CTD.I was amazed.I used the avg.mpg's for both T/V's and the avg.cost of gas vs fuel.The difference was the EX with the V-10 would cost me $5.40 more to go the same miles,even with the price of diesel being appox. .75cents more per gal.So I guess I didn't do too bad after all trading.
