OK folks, there have been a few to many diesel vs gas threads that have shall we say gone to "Hell and a hand basket"! So if all of you would put in you BEST, no flaming reasons for going gas vs diese...

I didn't read every page but I have to say. After driving a 08 6.7 Cummins 6 spd manual today and a 6.6 Duramax with allison, and a f250 diesel. I would not go back to gas even though I am towing a fairly small fiver. The power and torqe from the new trucks in awesome. They ride a million times better than my 99 2500 V10 Dodge as well and get way better MPG. When I see that the diesels can go 100 miles plus on 1/4th tank and my current TV could maybe go 60-70 I know what my next TV will be a Cummins Dodge or a Durmanx GM. Sorry Ford they are just to ugly and I just didn't like the way it drove. I will orobably have a new TV within the next year year and a half. I am leaning towards the Dodge.
