OK folks, there have been a few to many diesel vs gas threads that have shall we say gone to "Hell and a hand basket"! So if all of you would put in you BEST, no flaming reasons for going gas vs diese...

I get higher torque with my diesel. I've pulled stumps with my diesel and the truck doesn't work hard at all.
I have trouble keeping my speed demon son from behind the wheel of my diesel, in his words "it runs like a raped ape!" I just have that 6.0 grin.
I get 17 to 19 mpg when not towing, 10 to 13 mpg towing. I got single digit mpg when using a gasser. I can go 500 miles on a tank when not towing, 300 miles to a tank when towing.
