Diesel vs gas......................
OK folks, there have been a few to many diesel vs gas threads that have shall we say gone to "Hell and a hand basket"! So if all of you would put in you BEST, no flaming reasons for going gas vs diese...

In my opinion, Gas vs Diesel is kind of like Mustang V6 or V8. Both get you to the same place in the same manor, just one is a little more expensive (and more fun) to drive.
Exactly... The best I ever saw was 19mpg in my 5.4L Expedition. And that happened once, from Jacksonville Fl. to Norfolk Va. Towing my 7000lb trailer, it dropped to about 8.
