Thanks A LOT! That's one thing I have going for me - I am meticulous about maintenance on all of my vehicles and with that little tidbit of information you just pointed out I'll be sure to have all "major" regular maintenance done at the dealer and be sure anything I do is well documented.

I totally agree with you about regular maintenance being covered in the service contract. I would gladly pay a bit more for that peace of mind. Oh well, nothing a little bit of attention can't address.

Doesn't Hyundai and BMW include all scheduled maintenance? Just makes sense to me. I also think it should be included in all leases. I know I sure wouldn't have wanted to be the second owner of any of my lease returns.

I had a 1994 Explorer that I never changed the oil on once. Just kept adding oil when the oil light went on. (I know, kind of rude but I was young and figured why waste my money on something that wasn't mine?)
