OK folks, there have been a few to many diesel vs gas threads that have shall we say gone to "Hell and a hand basket"! So if all of you would put in you BEST, no flaming reasons for going gas vs diese...

You must be hard on them or live in the rust belt. Mine is 13 yrs old and like new. I can't afford to trade. This is my last one unless it gets stolen or totalled.
You've got a good attitude. I made a lot of comments tongue in cheek. I do prefer the torque and pulling power of a Diesel but if everyone liked the same truck we all would have the same one. BUT I just went camping for 4 days and pulled that 17 mile 6% going into Flagstaff and never dropped below 60 mph. All I was trying to do is state my case that a gasser of any brand will not do that. That's it. Hope there's no hard feelings. I just happen to enjoy some spirited conversations. You take care Hannibal and be safe.
A Super Duty with the 30-valve V10 & 5R110 trans will pull away from you on that grade. 365HP trumps 275HP...simple as that.
