OK folks, there have been a few to many diesel vs gas threads that have shall we say gone to "Hell and a hand basket"! So if all of you would put in you BEST, no flaming reasons for going gas vs diese...

I have had both gas and diesel. I put a high value on being able to drive with the cruise control on even when I have my 30' camper loaded down with all of our junk. It rarely even shifts out of overdrive. I think my gas trucks would have blown the engine before the cruise control gave up. Now I have a 2012 F250 Powerstroke.
