OK folks, there have been a few to many diesel vs gas threads that have shall we say gone to "Hell and a hand basket"! So if all of you would put in you BEST, no flaming reasons for going gas vs diese...

..PS. Don't waste your money on a "larger" aftermarket transmission pan. They look cool but that is about it...
Well now lets see.
Small Pan - Std qty of Trans fluid
Large Pan - Dbl the std qty of fluid.
Small Pan - Steel - no cooling fins
Large Pan - Aluminum with cooling ribs.
Sorry my friend... IMO, there is a difference in keeping said fluids cool and for me that is a plus....I'll take my "larger" pan any day of the week. It never was about "cool" (can't really see the damn thing anyway..)
