OK folks, there have been a few to many diesel vs gas threads that have shall we say gone to "Hell and a hand basket"! So if all of you would put in you BEST, no flaming reasons for going gas vs diese...

I have met the most friendliest and nicest people in RV parks that I have visited all over the east coast. I log on here for info and read more insults and name calling than any grammar school play lot. When you see a 6.4L or 6.0L owner in person do you say the same?
The 6.0L has a less than stellar record ;) and the 6.4L appears to have "inherited" some issues from its brother but some owners/buyers prefer that drivetrain or body for whatever reason so why insult?

not sure what you mean by having a clue.. the 6.4L was a fuel hog and had its share of issues.

Plus everone know the 6.0L issues.. head bolts, egr, etc.
so not sure what planet you are from but maybe you could be a bit more clear in your post.
I have a 7.3L and my Brother in law has a 6.7L. neither has issue with them thus far. Mine at 168K and his is close to 67K.
