When we had our Hybrid trailer 12 years ago,we always put the table down in the "bed" position. The trailer had very little outside storage and we were able to put totes under the table in the foot void area. we could also use the "bed" to hold clothing while traveling as the hybrid also had one foot locker size closet but no where for any thing else we carried.
