I don't, mainly because I record the engine hours at every fill and the only way to read them is with the engine off.
I will let it idle until fully cooled, which sometimes is part/most of the way thru the fueling process.
I also wait to add my fuel additive until the engine is off so the electric fuel pump doesn't pull too heavy a dose thru with a low tank and running transfer pump.
