Thank you for all your input. I will probably be driving the truck more than my husband so I also need it to be more of a daily driver getting groceries and shuffling kids. I'm still having a little trouble giving up the extra seating in my Armada and do want some bells and whistles. Therefore gas mileage and comfort is pretty important. I also want to park in my garage. This will be our 6th camper, so I know I like smaller trailers and have already done the "learning shuffle" a lot. In my next life I want to be a floorplan designer. :) If anything, we will be doing the "couples camper" after this next one. I will look at Fords with more of an open mind. How is the rear end suspension? No one mentioned GMC. More importantly, I feel as if many people do not follow their payload capacity. Am I giving up the truck I want for not a strong enough reason? I can barely type that because I am a numbers person however a lot of people I ask have no clue about their payload capacity.
