Does anyone own a 16 Forest Riv. Flagstaff Super Lite 26FKWS

I'm going to look at one tomorrow to possibly purchase and in looking for reviews, I haven't found any. I'm interested in hearing your thoughts of pros and cons. I presently live and work in Texas ...

I've got a different model 2016 Forest River, and I'll give you a heads up on the floor system. Most of these have a sandwich floor, made with 2 pieces of 1/4" luan, and foam between them. These floors get spongy with normal daily use. It is not suitable for daily living. My daughter lived in ours for 8 months of college, and the floor got very soft over that time.
