Door entry "wake up your jacks and pop outs" buton help

Is the button you are talking about the battery on/off switch just inside the door on some truck campers? From your description of a button you press to "wake everything up" it sounds like a problem in your camper 12 volt system. If it is that button and it does not light up do you have interior lights when you are not plugged in to shore power. Your 12 volt batteries in the camper may be dead.
