- NEOKExplorerIs the button you are talking about the battery on/off switch just inside the door on some truck campers? From your description of a button you press to "wake everything up" it sounds like a problem in your camper 12 volt system. If it is that button and it does not light up do you have interior lights when you are not plugged in to shore power. Your 12 volt batteries in the camper may be dead.

HA! yes I did. Here's the deal... The button I press and wake everything up before I use the remote does not light up.
