Thanks for the info. This is my first dually so I don't know if all rim positions are the same. The hand holes are offset so the inner valve is covered which is why I have to put my hand through to get to it. And yes I do have a dual head chuck and a gauge with a flex hose. IAMICHABOD - I checked the picture from the Tire Guy. I'll check with him but those long valve stems wouldn't work on my rims because the holes are offset and the valve is hidden. His site shows a 4 and 8 hand hole and mine is 5. I hope he has something that will work. I will be going right past him on my way to Twin Lakes next week so we'll see.
