x2. I bought my first dually (F350) in 2006 to pull our new 12k fiver which was too heavy for my F250. I upgraded to my current truck in 2014 because I was beginning to have too many expensive engine issues with the 6.0L. I loved my first dually and the towing experience was like night and day compared to my previous SRW. I didn't even consider a SRW when I upgraded to the Ram. We have upgraded to a 16k lbs triple slide high profile fiver with 4k lbs pin weight since buying the Ram and it handles it with no problem at all. It was a great feeling not having to worry about weights when we were shopping to upgrade our fiver.
I also agree that the current generation Ram duallies look fantastic; I love mine. If you can afford the truck I say go ahead and upgrade; you only live once!
