The Fords can worked and serviced with the cab on the frame, but repairs are actually quicker when you pull the cab and have full access rather than than have to remove multiple components to get to the one behind it. They really need to use the flip front clip design of their F650 and F750 to increase engine access on their entire SuperDuty line.
